Hi! I'm Holly. I am the first person you will speak to about your wedding at Swaneset. I will show you around our beautiful clubhouse, answer all of your questions, and help you decide on a date. Once your date is booked, I will always be available to answer your questions and guide and assist you into a smooth and seamless wedding day. I will help with your wedding plans to ensure we capture your personal taste, culture and style. A few months prior to your wedding, I will introduce you to your Swaneset Event Liaison, who will be your hands on guide to your special day. When I'm not at work, I love to stay active and spend time with my three adorable daughters Macey, Londyn and Demi...they keep me on my toes!

Michelle
Hello! My name is Michelle, and I’ve always had a passion for creating unique and beautiful experiences. This passion led me to graduate from BCIT in 2013 with an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management, with a focus on Event Marketing and Event Planning. I’ve implemented my education through four years of practical experience as an event bar manager, followed by a role as a special events assistant coordinator at a popular berry farm and estate winery. Armed with a competitive education, a wide variety of experiences, and a naturally detail-oriented mindset, I joined the event coordination team at Swaneset Bay Resort in January of 2018. Over the years, my role has grown, and I was promoted to Food & Beverage Manager last year, where I now oversee both event execution and elevated dining experiences. As a professional wedding specialist, I believe the key to creating a one-of-a-kind lifetime event is through the support I give to clients from beginning to end. I always keep my clients’ vision at the forefront while providing the tools and inspiration to bring it to life. From the initial meeting and menu planning to the rehearsal and the day of your special occasion, my goal is to help turn your dream into reality.
For most of my adolescent life I trained as a competitive dancer, I now try to keep up some training when I’m not taking care of my adorable Frenchton, Poppy.

Hello! My name is Narisa, and since 2019 this castle in the woods has been my home away from home. Here, my background in catering, hospitality, and business administration have grown into a role that I am deeply passionate about. As Swan-e-sets' Senior Venue Liaison, I work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Tournament Coordinator, and Events Team to support seamless planning and execution across all kinds of events. Over the years my role has evolved, but at its heart, my focus has always been to uphold our exceptional standards from start to finish. Most importantly, I'm here for you... our brides, grooms, celebrants, and guests alike. Your experience is my priority. With a strong understanding of industry logistics, I offer creative yet practical solutions that help bridge the gap between your vision and real-life execution. From detailed logistics to meaningful moments, I support both the big picture and the smallest details. What I love most about Swan-e-set is the diversity our couples and members bring to the Clubhouse! No two celebrations are ever the same, and it’s a joy to be part of each and every one.
Beyond Swan-e-sets' iron gate, you'll often find me exploring the outdoors, creating memories with family, or casting spells in dungeons & dragons!

Hi! My name is Melissa. I am one of Swaneset's Venue Liaisons. I will start planning with you a couple months prior to your big day and we will work together on all of your creative details and ideas. I will be there when you walk down the aisle to ensure your day is seamless and exactly how you envisioned it. I have been in the service industry for 14 years and I am an international artist, which gives me the forward facing organizational skills and creative mind to help you bring your vision to life!
In my spare time you can find me doing my mom duties. I’m a dance mom, football mom and a cat mom!

Hi! I’m Shaneika, a Venue Liaison here at Swaneset. I work closely with you in the months leading up to your wedding, helping organize details, timelines, and logistics so everything comes together smoothly. I’m naturally organized and love when all the details click into place, so you can focus on enjoying every moment. What I love most about Swaneset is being part of such meaningful milestones for couples, and working alongside a team that truly cares about creating unforgettable experiences.
